Appui aux Centres Techniques Industriels Marocains. 2 ème partie.
The aims of the projects are:
-
Realization of training and advice for the reinforcement of the CTIBA.

Updating and tuning up the activities that CTIBA develops, or will develop in the future, training their technicians in processes, procedures and services.
-
Analysis and evaluation of their equipment and facilities.
-
Establishment of a quality control laboratory of paper, cardboard and packaging in Morocco.
-
Realization of the training and qualification of manufacturers of furniture and carpentry of Morocco enterprises.
-
Providing information and training on the regulations to make the wood boards, and methodology of the tests to be a laboratory of quality control.
-
Providing information about the importance of design as a differentiating element for companies, and the importance of establishing a methodology of work to implement the management of design companies in Morocco.

Presenting the basic concepts of behaviour against the action of a controlled fire (flammability, resistance to fire and of reaction, etc.).

Providing information and management systems in quality control of materials used in the manufacture of furniture and carpentry, and elements of the adjustment and laboratory furniture, in terms of use of software of management of customers, offers, listing and the specifications of the equipment, registration of samples, administration of tests, reports and billing systems.

Presenting the different types of produced foam, its manufacturing processes, the main products used and any additive necessary to establish certain characteristics of foam, as the improvement of its performance in the fire.

Advising on the equipment and instruments necessary for the laboratory and its possible accreditation
Developing a methodology of work to diagnose and analyze in depth the situation of small and medium enterprises through the analysis of reality, mainly industrial.
Ten training and counselling actions are carried out::

Action 1: Feasibility study for a laboratory of paper, cardboard and packaging.

Action 2: Defining a training course for managers of furniture and carpentry workshop.

Action 3: Measure of the rate of formaldehyde in wood products.

Action 4: The furniture design.
-
Action 5: Flammability of mattresses.
-
Action 6: Implementation of a quality label for furniture and mattresses.

Action 7: Optimization of the processes of testing.
-
Action 8: Foams: fabrication and characterization.
-
Action 9: Diagnosis of SMEs in the sector of furniture and carpentry.

Action 10: Advice on the accreditation of the laboratory of finishes.
The development of these activities will allow the CTIBA to position itself as a technological Centre in Morocco and improve their positioning with Moroccan companies.
The intended results of the project are that the country be fully integrated into international trade, improving the creation of more industry and therefore will be more opportunity to work and development in society, updating of knowledge and improve the skills of workers, quantifying the problem of the content of formaldehyde of the panels used both in the manufacture of furniture as elements of construction, establishing and developing a quality label, based on testing of products and materials for ensuring compliance with the requirements towards the consumer; training of laboratory technicians finished the end of tests in different media (cardboard, bath, wood, chipboard, melamine…), as well as the procedures of work, so to obtain the accreditation of the laboratory of some tests that have been identified.
